AiO Money Transfer Manager
Ref. PROP-AMTM-01 · Valid for thirty days from 12 August 2026

Technical and financial proposal for AiO Money Transfer Manager.

AiO Money Transfer Manager centralises partner operations, tills, treasury, accounting, compliance and reconciliation on a single database.

An operation captured once feeds every process concerned. AiO does not move money — your partners do. It records, controls, reconciles and proves.

The four pillars of AiO

Architecture

/001/

Double-entry ledger

Every operation produces two postings summing to exactly zero. Nothing can be edited, nothing can be deleted: a correction is a reversal, and history stays whole.

  • •Balance check enforced by the database, not by application code
  • •UPDATE and DELETE rights revoked — not even a bug can rewrite history
  • •Trial balance and general ledger reconstructable as at any past date

/002/

Cash & liquidity

The real problem in your trade is not data entry, it is treasury. Short of cash or float, a counter turns away up to one operation in five.

  • •Till sessions: physical count at close, variance posted and never absorbed
  • •Float tracked per partner and per branch, with alert thresholds
  • •Requirement projected at D+1 and D+3, per branch and per weekday

/003/

Reconciliation & proof

This is what kills these projects: the operator's ledger and the partner's platform drift apart, and within weeks the gap is unrecoverable.

  • •3-way match: counter entry ↔ partner statement ↔ physical cash
  • •Prioritised exception queue; unresolved after 48 h → escalation alert
  • •Locking daily close: an unreconciled day cannot be closed

/004/

Partner connectors

Western Union, Ria, MoneyGram, JUBA, KORI, Small World: one module, four feed levels. A partner on an already supported protocol is added by configuration.

  • •Write API — the operation starts from AiO, no re-keying at all; requires the partner's approval and certification
  • •Read API — the sweet spot: removes re-keying without exposing you
  • •Statement import — the file your master agent already owes you
  • •Assisted entry — the safety net: no partner can block the project
  • •No scraping of their portals: fragile, and generally barred by your agency contracts

Every franc traced, proven, reconciled.

What you get

01

Production in 6 months

Four demonstrated milestones on an environment reserved for you. Only 5,000,000 FCFA are drawn from your working capital: the last two instalments fall due once your operation is already earning commissions.

02

A V1 ready to be resold

03

Partner risk, isolated

04

Proof, not promises

Your partners are in London, Madrid, Dubai. Your counters are here.

6 partners · 1 back-office

Successful transfers to France, Senegal, Gabon, Ivory Coast and the United States, shown on a globe.

Six months, four milestones.

One delivery every month to your staging environment. Month 6 opens no new work.

Framing

Scope arbitrated line by line and signed, chart of accounts, networks retained, compliance rules. Authentication, role-branch-ceiling rights, multi-branch, multi-tenant isolation.

The foundation — J1

Ledger: immutable entries, reversals, journals, trial balance, balance check enforced by the database. Chained audit log. Your staging environment opens.

Tills & commissions

Six till types, counting, discrepancies, closing. Four-part commissions and rounding account. Counter and offline mode.

Operations & treasury — J2

Unified operations module, first partner profiles, client file and KYC documents. Virtual vault and two-to-three-day liquidity projection.

Intake & compliance — J3

Statement import, monitored mailbox, assisted entry. Three-way reconciliation and exception queue. Screening, thresholds, structuring, case files. Requests frozen on the 15th.

Go-live — J4

No new work. Reporting completed, bank reconciliation and financial statements. User acceptance, timed restore drill, training, cutover.

Budget

9,000,000 FCFA. Four instalments, each paid against a demonstration.

A fixed price for the scope settled at framing, subject to the assumptions, dependencies and exclusions in the dossier. No instalment is tied to a date alone: each is paid against something you can watch running. If a milestone is missed, it is not due.

Framing is included.

Two weeks to arbitrate the scope line by line and sign it, produce the accounting model and chart of accounts, and specify the connectors and the two modules your document left undetailed. That deliverable is yours, and it is usable by any provider.
